On 29 May 2025, WiMENA brought its global mission to London with a landmark conference at Chelsea Football Club. Building on the momentum of its inaugural event in 2024 and its two high-profile Saudi editions earlier in 2025, WiMENA Sport London convened an exceptional line-up of role models, industry leaders, coaches, and policymakers to champion the future of women in sport. The programme featured dynamic panel discussions, insightful keynotes, and networking opportunities designed to foster global connections, challenge perceptions, and create tangible opportunities for women and girls to thrive in sport at every level. The event stood as a celebration of progress and a catalyst for continued change across the sports industry.
As the communication and on-site support partner, iCgraph delivered a full creative and operational package for WiMENA Sport London. We managed pre-event promotion through targeted social media campaigns and tailored email marketing to build anticipation and attract a high-calibre audience. Our team designed motion graphic content for the LED screen, crafted impactful presentation slides, and developed branded materials to ensure all visual elements reflected WiMENA’s dynamic identity.
